RTS is a non profit social and cultural organization registered as a Virginia corporation.
RTS was formed in January 1999 to support and promote interaction & networking between Tamil families in the Richmond area; to provide support for new Tamil families moving into this area; to conduct cultural program;
to instill Tamil language & culture amongst the children; to provide community service; and to participate in religious events.
