The undersigned, as responsible guardian of the group of persons registered on this form, hereby authorizes RTS and its delegated leaders and committee members to organize camping on group’s behalf. The undersigned further agrees that RTS and designated leaders, committee members and volunteers are not legally or financially liable for any claim arising from any activity or actions pertaining to this group or this event. The undersigned also agrees that camping or any other equivalent event organized by RTS does entail some level of risk. The undersigned assumes responsibility for all members of the group including but not limited to their safety, well-being and actions.

 

In an emergency, the undersigned acknowledges that he/she is solely responsible for all medical and other costs arising out of bodily injury or any loss sustained through participation in the camping trip. The undersigned authorizes Camp staff to secure any licensed hospital, physician and/or medical personnel any treatment deemed necessary for the participant’s immediate care. By the execution of this agreement, the undersigned accepts and assumes full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages, and losses of any type, which may occur, hereby fully and forever release and discharge RTS, its officers, and insurers from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, present and future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of my participation in the camping trip.

 

The undersigned also agrees to ensure that the group members on this form follow all rules, policies, & guidelines (verbal or written) set forth by the campground, RTS or its designated leaders.

Cancellation policy - Reservations can not be cancelled, however, can be transferred by the member/family to another RTS member/family.  It is the member/family’s responsibility to find their replacement and collect the camping fee from them.
